So I’ve been using it, but I still don’t really trust that it filters out enough. It might be doing something, but I’m not fully confident in it yet...

Got my replacement filter from rkin.com. Showed up fast. the whole change was easier than I expected. Popped the old one out, put the new one in. Maybe 5 minutes total. No problems at all.

I ordered from rkin.com and expected it to take a while, but it showed up faster than I thought. The tracking updates were clear and kept me from wondering where everything was. Overall, it just felt like a smooth, no-drama experience, and I’m happy with how quickly it arrived

I picked up the RKIN filter a few weeks ago, the difference was noticeable quickly. Our tap water used to have that odd chlorine taste, but now it tastes much cleaner and is actually easy to drink. Small win for me: I’ve been drinking way more water at home instead of grabbing bottled water. So far, the filters seem to be doing their job.

I was just hoping the filter would show up on time and not be a hassle to deal with. I had a few things to get done that day, so I didn’t really want to fight with missing pieces or scuffed-up parts. Once I opened it, everything was easy to sort through since the parts were wrapped separately, and nothing seemed loose inside. The box was in good shape too, which was nice. Not a huge thing, but the solid packaging definitely made the whole setup feel less annoying.

I’ve been using it every day it’s been really easy with no hassle. If you’re looking for something straightforward that won’t take extra time to figure out, I’d say this is a good one to try

I mostly picked this up because I wanted the water to taste better, it does. It’s not some huge night-and-day difference or anything, but I can tell it’s improved. Setup was alright, though it took me a little longer than I expected to get everything sorted. For now I’d say it’s about 3 stars, but we’ll see how it holds up.

I had to reach out to RKIN Air and Water Filters with a question about my order, and honestly?? I figured I’d be waiting at least a day or two... but nope!! They got back to me the same day, which was a really nice surprise.
The reply was actually clear and helpful too, not one of those generic copy-and-paste answers!!! Made the whole thing way less frustrating. Solid customer service overall... no complaints from me!!

I’ve been using this at work and keeping it in my car, and it’s been great. It’s tipped over a couple times and still hasn’t leaked, which is a big “win” for me. i’m happy with it

I bought the rkin system mainly because I wanted cleaner water but still liked the idea of having minerals added back in. Setup wasn’t bad, and the water definitely isn’t awful, but the taste is still flat to me. For the price, I was expecting the remineralization to make a more noticeable difference. Compared to what I had in mind, the final water quality just feels a bit underwhelming...

When I first set this rkin filter up, I braced myself for that low humming noise I was used to from my old one. That thing had this constant buzz in the background, especially when the house was quiet, so I figured this would be more of the same. But after letting it run for a while, I kept realizing I wasn’t actually noticing it at all.
I’ve got it sitting near the kitchen, where I’m in and out all day, and most of the time I forget it’s even on. At night, when the house finally gets still, it still doesn’t bother me or keep me awake. It’s been a nice little upgrade so far, and I’m happy with how quiet it is

I had a small issue come up and, yeah, the warranty support team got it sorted out fast. It was nice actually dealing with real people instead of feeling like I was stuck in some automated loop.

Setup was simple. I had it up and running in just a few minutes, which was nice because I was kind of expecting it to be more of a whole thing.

My snap judgment: it works fine and does what it’s supposed to, but the filters don’t seem to last very long. I felt like I had to replace them sooner than expected...

I’ve had my RKIN unit for a few weeks now, it just feels like a solid product. From the way everything fit together, I got the impression they didn’t cut corners. Nothing felt cheap or flimsy, and the fittings lined up without any hassle. I’ve used cheaper filters before, and you can kind of tell right away when something isn’t built to last. This one gives off a much more reliable feel. No leaks or strange issues so far, so I’m happy with it.

I like that it fits nicely on my counter and still leaves plenty of room for my coffee maker. Simple, useful, and doesn’t get in the way.

Got my order and everything was right, so no complaints there. I always kind of check things twice when they arrive, and yeah, it was all what I ordered. Nothing missing, no weird issues, just simple and easy.

The site looks really nice and was super easy to look around. The design is clean, how quick it was to find everything was kind of ridiculous.

I ran into an issue with my filter setup and getting help took way longer than it should have. Support did get back to me eventually, but it felt like nobody really owned the problem, and I had to follow up more than once just to get basic information. Frustrating experience overall
